Your product may have to be returned to us for different reasons. Below you will find a few possible situations which may occur.
Defective or transport damage
We do not assume, but there might be a possibility that your product is defective of damaged when it is delivered to you. In this case you will have to report this to your dealer within 24 hours after the delivery has been made. They will search for the best solution right away.
Missing items or any other complaints
Is there an article missing from your order or is this product not what you were expecting? Please contact your dealer as soon as possible. This notification has to be done directly after the shipment has been made. Also in case of technical problems with your product, please contact your dealer directly.
