· Complies to PGS 37-2
· Made entirely of 1/1.5 mm thick cold-pressed sheet steel painted with anti-acid epoxy powder and then placed in a heat tunnel at 200 °C
Special insulation consisting of high density fibre panels (ceramic fibre-free) for high temperatures (800 °C) and calcium sulphate panels
Internal melamine laminate faced panels with high resistance to vapours, even aggressive ones
· Automatic hydraulic closing of doors at temperatures of over 47 °C
· Key-operated lock and door block system
· Height-adjustable feet
· 30 mm thermo-expanding isolation seals which in case of temperature rise ensure a perfect cabinet sealing according to EN 14470-1
· Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers closing ducts when the temperature exceeds 70 °C according to standard DIN 4102-6
· Prearrangement for ventilation through a 100 mm diameter flange for an external connection or a filtering ventilation system (optional)
· With levelling jacks
· Anti-spark hinge which guarantees excellent door stability
· Each model includes 3 loading shelves and 1 bottom tray
· ISO 3864: pictogram signalling
